If you are having trouble installing an extension to Creative Suite 6 - or if your extension 'disappeared' after your CS6 application received a minor update or patch -- please fetch the latest extension download and re-install.
There was an issue with the Adobe installer which has now been resolved.
The current version of CopyFlow Gold for InDesign CS6 is 1.0.3
The current version of CopyFlow Gold for Illustrator CS6 is 6.0.5
The current version of GoMakeStyles for InDesign CS6 is 1.0.9
